What is “No win, no fee”?

The majority of claims that we pursue are done on a “No win, no fee” basis” with a success fee only payable if a claim is successful. Also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA), “No win, no fee” protects you from financial risk in the event that your claim is not successful, as in those unlikely circumstances we will not charge any fees. You will not be “out of pocket”.

We can also help in the purchase of After The Event (ATE) insurance, if required, to cover any legal costs should you not win your claim.

However, you should always check to see if you have any legal expense insurance, for example, as part of the car insurance or home insurance in place at the time of the incident.

Whatever your particular circumstances, we will advise you to ensure that you are protected against any costs and how we will recover the most compensation possible.
