How Conveyancing Works

2. Immediately receive a quotation for your conveyancing legal fees.

3. If you are happy with the quotation provided, you will be allocated to one of our fully qualified Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers from either our Sheffield or Chesterfield office.

4. You will be contacted within 2 working hours to start the conveyancing process and possibly obtain some further information. This is completely free with no obligation.

5. We will then forward to you initial documentation for you to complete and return before contacting the representatives on the other side of the transaction.

6. Your legal advisor from Sheffield or Chesterfield will then deal with each step of the contract process, all the time keeping you fully updated.

7. They will then explain, and obtain your signature to, all of the relevant documentation – this could be face to face, over the phone or via post or email depending on your preference.

8. When you are happy and have signed all of the relevant documentation, your legal advisor will progress matters to completion.
