If you are arrested or asked to attend for interview as a volunteer Metcalfe David Eyres are available to offer advice and support.

As members of the Criminal Defence Service we are able to help without charge under the Legal Aid Contract.

Our Paul Metcalfe and his criminal legal support team are available and provide a 24 hour service.

Metcalfe David Eyres offer full advice before interview and on the process and possible outcomes. We are here to offer support and expert legal advice in difficult times.

During any Police enquiry we shall report to you as follows:

• Keep you fully informed of the process
• Deal with any bail issues
• Uphold your legal rights
• Remind you of any bail conditions or when you are to return to the Police Station
